Britney Spears Admits To Hitting "Rock Bottom"

LOS ANGELES, California (AP) -- Britney Spears says she "hit rock bottom," in a message posted on her Web site about the end of her marriage and her time in rehab. Spears calls rehab "a very humbling place" and denies that it was alcohol or depression that sent her there.

"I truly hit rock bottom," the 25-year-old pop star writes. "I was like a bad kid running around with ADD."

Spears completed a monthlong stay at a luxury Malibu rehabilitation treatment facility in March after a series of run-ins with the paparazzi that included a stop at a San Fernando Valley hair salon, where she was caught on video shearing her own locks. Other photos splashed across the Internet appeared to reveal Spears out partying wearing nothing underneath her short skirts.

Ok, now I can understand cutting the hair off, but what the hell was she thinking doing the no-underwear thing? That was just dumb.

Britney Spears Pulled Over For Speeding

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Britney Spears and an unidentified passenger were pulled over this weekend for speeding in Beverly Hills.Sgt.

Mike Foxen of the Beverly Hills Police Department confirms that Spears was driving along Sunset Boulevard on Friday when she was stopped at 8:45 PM. According to Sgt. Foxen, Britney was warned about her speed and let go -- she was not cited.

A surprised-looking Britney is seen talking to a police officer through the window of her car in this photo. The girl in the passenger seat looks off with her hand on her forehead, as if she too is surprised by their situation.

I swear if it's not one thing it's another for Britney who just doesn't seem to know how to lie low.

Britney Spears Gets Out of Rehab

LOS ANGELES, California (AP) -- After nearly a month of seclusion in a luxurious rehabilitation center, Britney Spears has moved on.

The pop star checked out of Promises Malibu Alcohol and Drug Rehab Treatment Facility "after successfully completing their program," Spears' manager, Larry Rudolph, said in a statement released by Jive Records late Tuesday.

He asked that Spears' privacy be respected.

Spears, 25, entered the facility February 22 after a bout of bizarre behavior that included shaving her head, getting tiny lips tattooed on her wrist and beating a car with an umbrella. Photos of the
incidents were beamed worldwide.

Spears' activities have been steady fodder for weekly magazines and entertainment Web sites since she filed for divorce from aspiring rapper Kevin Federline in November, citing irreconcilable
differences.

Under a temporary agreement, the two have joint custody of their sons, Jayden James, 6 months, and Sean Preston, 18 months. Federline and the children reportedly visited Spears during her
treatment.

Personally, I think that they let her out way too soon.

Kevin Federline Wants His Kids

As Britney Spears was checking out of rehab for the second time in a week Wednesday, her estranged husband was making plans to go to court amid a custody dispute over their two children. Kevin Federline and his lawyer were scheduled to appear at a downtown courthouse Thursday for an emergency hearing, Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini told The Associated Press. It was not known what issue Federline planned to raise.

Federline and Spears have two sons, 5-month-old Jayden James and 17-month-old Sean Preston.

"Our best information is he will be here; she won't," said Parachini. "But anything is possible."

Federline filed papers seeking spousal support and sole custody of the children after Spears sought to end their two-year marriage last November. A temporary court order issued Feb. 1 granted the couple joint custody until the end of this month.

Parachini said Federline's lawyer would try to persuade a Superior Court commissioner that the matter is urgent enough to be handled on an expedited basis.

The move comes amid increasingly bizarre behavior by Spears, which culminated with her reportedly checking into and out of two rehab centers last week and shaving her head bald on Friday.

Hey, even if you don't like the guy, witt the way Britney's been acting and partying you can't blame him for getting his kids away from her.
