Woman Attacks, Punches Drive-Thru Window Because There's No McNuggets

A security video from a McDonald's in Ohio shows a woman punching two restaurant employees and smashing a drive-thru window because she couldn't get Chicken McNuggets.

The tantrum caught on tape in Toledo earlier this year shows the customer reaching through the drive-thru window, slugging one worker and then another. She then grabs a bottle out of her car and tosses it through the glass window before speeding off.

It happened early on New Year's Day. Police say Melodi Dushane was angry that McNuggets weren't being served, because it was breakfast time.

Dushane says she was drunk at the time. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail last month and ordered to pay McDonald's for the broken window.

The video was released Monday when it became public record.

During one of Fergie's numbers, the pop star proceeded to pass the mic around to different celebrities in the audience. Eventually, the singer approached Actor/Comedian Flex Alexander (Snakes on a Plane/ UPN's One on One) who, by the way, was one of the players in the tournament and is one of the top 10 celebrity golfers (celebritygolf.com).

Conceding that he is not the best of singers, Flex suggested that Fergie hand the mic to his wife, Pop/R&B sensation, Shanice. WHAT'D HE DO THAT FOR, because all hell broke loose when Fergie obliged, much to her chagrin. Shanice, although put on the spot in her shyness, proceeded to give a modest sampling of what she can do with a mic, which brought the audience to their feet, giving the star a standing ovation, which subsequently vexed Fergie into a fit of rage to the point of snatching the mic out of the bashful diva's hand. Fergie then proceeded to take out a few dollars and stuff it down Shanice's bra, in a pathetic attempt to further discredit the lady. Not yet satisfied with the level of her outburst, the trollop then asked Shanice what her name was, well aware that she grew up with Shanice while they worked together on the '80s tv show, Kids Incorporated, and has obviously run into her at random entertainment events that they were both in attendance for. After Shanice answered with perplexity, Fergie continued the vendetta by repeating Shanice's name to the a-listed audience, but pronouncing her name wrong.

After the show, everybody enthusiastically ran up to Shanice, telling her that she killed it; raving about how she "sang her behind off." Many people stated that they wished Fergie had let Shanice keep the mic because, in their words, Fergie sucked and Shanice was fantastic. Several people stated that they were angered at the way Fergie disrespected Shanice and vowed to never support Fergie again.

No offense to Shanice, but the best thing that can come out of this news is the Black-Eyed Peas next album going wood.

Destiny's Child sang on their 2000 hit "Independent Woman" that they depend on themselves to pay their own bills. Perhaps founding member Kelly Rowland is taking that motto to heart.
The singer announced in a joint statement Wednesday (January 28) with Matthew Knowles that the two are severing their working relationship. Knowles is Beyoncé's father and manages her, in addition to her sister Solange , and Destiny's Child. He also oversaw Rowland's career since she her first solo LP, 2002's Simply Deep.
"Mathew Knowles has been a positive influence in my career," Rowland said in the statement. "I have had great success under his guidance — both as a member of Destiny's Child and with my solo projects. Although we have decided to part ways professionally, the Knowles family and the entire Music World Entertainment team will always be my family."
Destiny's Child split in 2005 but have maintained the split is not permanent.

Of course this is all Beyonce's fault. Kelly never got a chance to shine on her own in Destiny's Child and Beyonce could've featured Kelly on one of her hit singles after she went solo--I mean that's what friends do, right? I say for her next record Kelly needs to record a diss track and put Bey on blast.

The film titled “Amy Fisher: Totally Nude & Exposed” became available January 12 and will run through February.
Fisher isn’t new to the adult industry. In October 2007, Amy's then estranged husband Lou Ballera sold a sex tape of the couple to a Los Angeles based adult entertainment company. Despite legal bickering between the two parties, the video was eventually released in January of 2008. Coincidently, Fisher and Ballera reconciled by the film’s launch. A war of words erupted in the weeks leading up to the release of the Biggie biopic, with Lil Kim vowing to “expose” Faith Evans and Big’s mother, Voletta Wallace.

In a new statement that appeared on Bossip, Kim stated that she was in love with the late Christopher Wallace, and the feeling was mutual.

“I feel like I was not portrayed how I should have been in this movie," she said. "I was in love with BIG and he was in love with me. I was never a JUMP-OFF, I know this and BIG knew this. I wasn’t even able to choose who I wanted to portray me in this movie. I would have never picked Naturi, she doesn’t have a Lil Kim aura at all! She looks nothing like I looked back then. We have NO similarities.”

Kim went on to call Haughton’s performance “dreadful” and hinted at legal action over the film.

“Another thing is, I have been dealing with legal matters as far as them not wanting to pay me and shit for this movie, got a lawyer involved, so everything is cool with that, but it still doesn’t change my views and feelings. This is truly Faith and Ms. Wallace’s movie. And Ms. Wallace is right, this isn’t a Lil’ Kim movie and it’s not about me. I didn’t want it to be about me, I wanted it to be REAL though. And that it is NOT. I take no part in this movie and have nothing to do with it.”

Personally, I don't blame Kim for being pissed. Haughton gave a decent performance in the flick, but she clearly had no business playing Kim due to skin tone alone. Clearly this was a slight by Faith and Ms. Wallace to start up a beef that most folks probably thought was long dead. As for legal action tho, I'm no lawyer, but from the little I know Kim would have to prove that the flick damaged her career or rep or something like that before she could take 'em to court for say, defamation. And considering her career is pretty much in the toilet these days, much less her rep and her grill, all in all I'd say it'd be a waste of time going anyway with this as far as legal action. Now if Kim dished all the Biggie, Faith, Junior Mafia and whatever other hip-hop dirt she's got in some huge tell-all or something, that'd be somethin', maybe even make the NYTimes best-sellers list. Shit, I know I'd cop it.

Star Tobey Maguire is set to play Peter Parker and his webslinging alter-ego, and Kirsten Dunst has said she's ready to talk about re-upping as Mary Jane. Sam Raimi will be back to direct the fourth installment.

Though no villains have been announced, speculation has The Lizard as the main bad guy (his alter ego, Dr. Connors, was introduced in Spider-Man 2) with Carnage as support (think Spider-Man 3 Venom, only in red).

Simmons says he doesn't expect his role to be enlarged -- and, frankly, hopes it isn't. "I have no desire to make Triple-J more of the focus of those movies," he said. "The amount that I did in 1, 2 and 3, is just exactly right. Like be the wolf. Come in, blow in, do a week, blow out, be the comic relief, and hit the road. Natalie Dylan, a 22-year-old San Diego woman, said she got the idea for the auction after her sister was able to pay for her college education after prostituting herself for three weeks, according to the London Telegraph.

Dylan has a degree in women's studies. She told the paper she hopes to pay for an advanced degree in family and marriage therapy with the proceeds from the auction.

"Very, very sad," said Alan L. Wurtzel, son of company founder Samuel S. Wurtzel and himself a former chief executive of Circuit City. "I feel particularly badly for the people who are employed or until recently were employed."
Richmond, Va.-based Circuit City had been seeking a buyer or a deal to refinance its debt, but the hobbled credit market and consumer worries proved insurmountable. Negotiations for an acquisition extended past midnight Thursday before finally falling through, Circuit City lawyer Gregg Galardi said.
Two potential buyers -- Mexican billionaire Ricardo Salinas Pliego, who controls a chain of electronics stores in Latin America, and the Golden Gate Capital private equity firm -- considered a shrunken form of the business, retaining as many 350 stores or as few as 180. But Circuit City couldn't secure the necessary financing or support from vendors.
"This is the only possible path for our company," acting Chief Executive James A. Marcum said in a statement. "We are extremely disappointed by this outcome."

How bad is the current economic crunch? Even "American Idol" winners are being affected:

Fantasia Barrino's Charlotte home is set for debtor's auction at noon Monday, according to a report Wednesday in the New York Post - and officials say the "American Idol" winner seems to be ignoring the loss.
The problem stems from a $65,000 loan Barrino received from a Florida credit card company in 2006. Aside from a $10,000 payment in 2007, Barrino has failed to repay the rest of the loan, prompting the company to auction the Piper Glen house.
The Post reports that Mecklenburg sheriff's deputies have tried several times to reach the singer by phone and at the home, but to no avail. The story also said Barrino hasn't responded to court documents or had a lawyer appear in court to represent her. Barrino's attorney declined to comment for the Post story.

Now we all know Fantasia had some hard times on the come up, having been raped, pregnant as a teen and barely able to read her kid bedtime stories, so something has to be amiss for her to be ignoring this mess. I mean, maybe she couldn't read the court documents or something like that.

A man angry that a family was talking during a movie threw popcorn at the son and then shot the father in the arm, according to police in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
James Joseph Cialella, 29, was charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault and weapons violations, a police report said.
Cialella told the family sitting in front of him in the theater on Christmas Day to be quiet, police said.
An argument ensued while others at the Riverview Movie Theatre watched "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button," starring Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported.
Cialella then approached the family from the left side of the aisle and shot the father, who was not identified, as he was standing between Cialella and his family, according to the police report.
The victim was taken to Jefferson Hospital with a gunshot wound to his left arm, police said.
Cialella was carrying a Kel-Tec .380-caliber handgun clipped inside his sweatpants, police said. He was arrested and taken into custody.

Not that I'm not condoning this sort of thing, but count me as one of those who can't stand people who talk during movies. What with the price of movies these days, the last thing I want to hear is your dumb, annoying ass talking away during a movie that I'm trying to SEE and HEAR. And I'm one of those people who chatterers always seem to find and sit near. Lord knows I've thought about delivering a huge can of whup-ass to idiots who talk during films, but we all know that violence is never the answer....unless your James Joseph Cialella! If any good comes out of this (besides our hero finding a good lawyer and getting acquitted after he pleas that he shot the guy in a "crime of passion" or some other BS like that), it'll be future dumbasses thinking twice about yapping during a movie because now they might get shot.

It turns out that Louisa Tuck, a cafeteria and playground aide at D'Ippolito Elementary School in Vineland, N.J., used to be an adult film star who went by the name of Crystal Gunns.
She was hired as a part-time aide in June, but school officials learned about her past only recently.
When district officials found out, according to ABC News Philadelphia affiliate WPVI-TV, they talked to their lawyers about what they could do but they were told they didn't have any cause to fire her.
A district lawyer reportedly said that there was nothing illegal about Tuck's Web site, photo spreads and movies.

According to his publicist, Jenni Weinman, AM will serve as the rapper's DJ during his set, which will mark the reopening of the Palladium Theater. While Weinman couldn't provide a complete list of Jay's tour dates, she did say AM would be accompanying the rapper on the road to act as his DJ for the entire tour.
Jay-Z has only two other dates scheduled on his calendar: October 16 in Houston and October 25 in Charlottesville, Virginia.
AM (born Adam Goldstein) told People magazine that the gig with Jay, whom he called "the greatest rapper in the world," is "the biggest thing that's happened in my career."
AM was released from an Atlanta burn center less than a week after the September 19 crash, and doctors expect he and Barker will eventually make full recoveries.

Other overrated finalists included the Grammys at No. 7, encores at No. 12, Pink Floyd at No. 14 and "the music you loved as a teenager" at No. 23. Shakur, a "gangsta" rapper who showed his sensitive side in movies, was killed during an unsolved drive-by shooting in Las Vegas in 1996.

More than a dozen albums have been released in the ensuing years, and his image is almost as ubiquitous as that of Che Guevara or Bob Marley. But while Shakur was a decent rapper with "insane rock-star charisma," according to Blender, he also "larded records with self-mythologizing, mediocre filler."

Granted, this could be Blender's way of garnering much-needed attention in a music magazine business that's way too competitive, but when you really think about all the albums 'Pac's dropped (esp. since he passed) the amount of quality work has been pretty slim. Then too it's been way too long since I listened to a 'Pac album in its entirety (tho' I do have the Greatest Hits joint on my iPod like any hip-hop fiend should) and could anyone point to 'Pac album and really call it a "classic", on the level of Paid In Full, The Low End Theory or 36 Chambers? Even, in my opinion, his best work Me Against The World, had some filler. Whatever. If anything you just know all the 'Pac stans out there are gonna' be pretty heated about this one.

50 Cent was in Long Island Family Court on Thursday (July 17) for a custody hearing, during which a judge granted his request for more time with his 11-year-old son, Marquise.
According to 50's lawyer, Brett Kimmel, the judge said 50 — who recently told MTV News that the lack of quality time with his son was impacting their relationship — can have unrestricted time with Marquise from August 3-12. Kimmel said he knew Marquise would be staying with 50 during that time but that he had no other information about what their plans were.
Both 50 and his estranged girlfriend, Shaniqua Tompkins, had to submit to drug tests at the courthouse before the judge would discuss custody issues with them at the request of the child's attorney, and both agreed to the rapid tests. Tompkins' lawyer had not returned calls for comment at press time.

50 finally does something that makes sense, after all when someone accuses you of trying to kill your own son, saying nothing is about the dumbest thing you can do:

Fifty Cent and his ex, Shaniqua Tompkins, are headed back to court again as the drama between the two continues to roar.

Fif wants the mother of his 11-year-old son Marquise to stop telling people that he's the one behind the early morning May 30 blaze at the Dix Hills home she lived in with their child and to let him see his son, according to New York's Daily News.

"He tried to kill me and his own child," Tompkins has declared. "I know this came from 50 Cent."

Arson investigators are looking into the fire as suspicious, but have not pointed the finger at Fif (born Curtis Jackson) as being involved.

His lawyers are accusing Tompkins of defamation.

"There comes a point where you can no longer sit on your hands and listen to her spread these falsehoods," 50's lawyer, Brett Kimmel, tells us. "Besides hurting his reputation, they have a damaging impact on their son."

CHICAGO - R. Kelly was acquitted of all charges Friday after less than a day of deliberations in his child pornography trial, ending a six-year ordeal for the R&B superstar.
Kelly dabbed his face with a handkerchief and hugged each of his four attorneys after the verdict — not guilty on all 14 counts — was read. The Grammy award-winning singer had faced 15 years in prison if convicted.
Minutes later, surrounded by bodyguards, he left the courthouse without comment. Dozens of fans screamed and cheered as he climbed into a waiting SUV.
“All I heard (from Kelly) while those 14 verdicts were being read was ‘Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus,”’ said Sam Adam Jr., one of his attorneys.
Prosecutors had argued that a video tape mailed to the Chicago Sun-Times in 2002 showed Kelly engaged in graphic sex acts with a girl as young as 13 at the time. Both Kelly, 41, and the now 23-year-old alleged victim had denied they were the ones on the tape. Neither testified during the trial.

I'm truly shocked that he got off. As talented as Robert is, his continual lust for younger women is sick--that was proven when he tried to marry a 15-year-old Aaliyah not too long ago. Just goes to show you that as long as you got enough cheddar, you can pretty much get yourself out of anything.

Now Hollywood's biggest bitch is screaming about the quality of writers on her hit show "Grey's Anatomy":

One day after Grey's Anatomy's Katherine Heigl announced that she would drop out of this year's Emmy race, because "I do not feel I was given the material this season to warrant a nomination," a key show insider contacted EW.com to express regret that the actress publicly complained about the drama. “The show bent over backwards to accommodate her film schedule, and then she criticizes the show for lack of material?" the insider said. "It's an ungrateful slap in the face to the very writers responsible for her Emmy win in the first place.”
Heigl made the comments on June 12 after Gold Derbydiscovered the star's name was not on a list of Emmy contenders distributed by the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. The omission was especially bizarre considering that Heigl won last year’s award for best supporting actress in a drama.

Critics jeered Heigl's performance early in the season, complaining about the romance between her character, Izzie, and George (T.R. Knight). But the actress shined in Grey's season finale when her character redeemed herself and her career at Seattle Grace.

This isn't the first time Heigl has publicly criticized the show that helped to make her a household name. Last year, the actress dropped out of salary renegotiations, reportedly because she felt the studio doesn't value her as much as it does her cohorts. ABC TV Studio fired back, insisting the Grey’s actress had been offered a substantial raise. Heigl has since received a salary bump.

Mind you, this is the same chick who said that Isiah Washington should just not speak in public anymore after she went on and on whining about his supposedly anti-gay treatment of her "best friend" and co-star TJ Knight. Well, maybe it's about time somebody slap her so she can wake up and take a piece of her own advice.
